A trio of 24 to 30 storey projectiles, clad in pre-cast panels and green tinted glass with sunshields; surrounded by swimming pools, a tennis court, water features and a drving range, and extruded from a four petalled plan which inititiates various associations in the imagination, including propellers and peanuts. Each petal is similarly shaped but different in size and layout (ranging from one to three stories and two to four bedrooms).
