A competition scheme that was won by Fender Katsalidis architects for the design of 11 residential towers. The towers were located above a large podium structure which served to join the precinct. Felicetti developed a structural scheme for the project to accommodate the Richter scale 7 seismic conditions and the stringent requirements of the Chinese building codes. The scheme developed, consisted of coupling beams and shear walls, located to maximise architectural fenestration. Felicetti also liaised with the local Chinese engineers who undertook detailed design and documentation.
