We take an active interest in the project during the construction stage to work closely with the builder/fabricator and the project consultants to ensure that the works meet the requirements of our documents.

Nothwithstanding every project requires a flexible approach wherein the input of the builder and construction team is welcomed where it can add value to the project by reducing costs for the client, and speed up construction without compromising the design quality and  intent.
