Through liaison with the client, consultants and architects we will determine short and long term use of the building (or structure) to ensure appropriate loads are adopted in the design to ensure not only an efficient structure, but one that will have an appropriate ability to be utilised for its future use. Australian and International Standards will be reviewed to determine minimum code requirements, and if necessary liaison with geotechnical and wind engineers to determine site factors that will apply loads to the structure.
