A new timber framed prototype building of two levels which was prefabricated at Sunshine TAFE by students as part of their trade skills training.

The project was designed under the tuteledge of Nigel Bertram by the students of the Monash University Architecture faculty, and installed as part of the BigWest festival 2016 in Footscray.
