The Svarmisk Resort and Spa complex is located at the edge of the Mt Beauty township. Six of the proposed twelve 2 – 3 Bed units are completed. Based on a 6m cube, the units are a compact, site responsive design achieving a 5 – 6 star energy rating. Developed as an adaptive accommodation model, the units add a new dimension to the hillside terrain and surrounding alpine region. In addition the Resort Centre is an important part of the resort. It houses reception, cafe, produce store, lounge, kitchen and first floor accommodation.
