Redevelopment of the original 1930’s seabaths that had reached a state of disrepair. A new building was constructed in it’s place that retained the Moorish design features of the original. Features a swimming pool, bars, cafes and restaurants, and an underground carpark. Felicetti was involved in the original scheme to end of Design Development prior to it being handed over to a builder to be completed as a Design Construct package.
