Prebuilt Commercial worked with NH Architecture and RSPCA Victoria to design and deliver a new 290 square metre purpose-built animal shelter to provide cat and dog adoption services in the Portland area. The new prefabricated commercial building included cat and dog adoption facilities, a cat quarantine, multiple surgery rooms, staff rooms, a retail area and 45 purpose built kennels.

As RSPCA doesn’t generally own the land upon which the shelters are sited, having a building that is relocatable is of significant value. Prebuilt Commercial manufactured the buildings in Melbourne and installed them on the leasehold land in Portland, Victoria.
