Prebuilt Commercial constructed a new medical facility to house Pascoe Vale Health, replacing its out-dated medical centre. The job was fast tracked to minimise disruption to the clinic’s operation and its large patient base.

The medical facility is made up of a combination of 13 modular office building spaces, including reception area, 20 consulting rooms and training spaces, all of which were installed onsite in just one day.
