This new two storey, 1700 sqm administration building accommodated 175 staff and is integrated with the existing site facilities and services. Two internal atriums include staircases connecting pedestrian circulation. Level 2 features a large column-free space for maximum flexibility. Green Initiatives ESD innovations include use of natural light, high performance solar double glazing and a selection of materials with low emission / high passive thermal mass characteristics.
