Redevelopment of the former St Joseph's Seminary and Fox designed mansion at Werribee park into a boutique hotel, with the addition of the new Shadowfax winery and Polo pavilion/field on adjacent sites to create a complete resort complex.
The hotel involved alterations and additions to the existing building, and the construction of a new 3 level pool/spa and accommodation wing. The winery building consists of a free span cellar and Cor-ten clad steel framed wedges.
Felicetti were involved in the project as structural engineers from conceptual stage through to completion of construction.
