Located above the township of Mount Beauty, adjoining the road to Falls Creek, 12 self-contained apartments are currently under construction, forming stage 1 of Svärmisk. The individual towers are strategically placed on existing terraces to maximize valley views and solar gain. The apartments are an ideal destination for epicureans and outdoor enthusiasts.
Further stages will incorporate a Spa Resort building and Visitors Centre.
Felicetti are the structural engineers for the project, being responsible for all aspects of the structural design from the steel framed units to the gabion retaining walls. Stage 1 construction is due for completion in early 2006.
