Huski is a boutique hotel with 14 apartments (a mix of studio, two , three and four bedrooms) over 5 levels, a cafe/wine bar/produce store and a day spa.
Felicetti were involved in the project as structural engineers from conceptual stage through to completion of construction. On the basis of the work undertaken on Frueauf village, Felicetti developed an innovative steel frame and Bondek slab solution for the complex geometry of the project. This enabled the builders to erect the structure quickly as prefabricated elements.
