A new 12 storey concrete construction offering small strata title office
accommodation in the Melbourne CBD.
The building design is one of the few purpose-built strata title accommodation
offering flexibility of spaces and full control of all services to the occupants.
Felicetti have undertaken structural design and documentation for the project.
Construction is due for completion in 2007.
