New 30 storey tower of 50,000m2 floor area located in the Melbourne CBD.
Felicetti has been involved in the project from conception, with our office currently in the process of completing contract structural documentation.
The project required significant consultation with geotechnical engineers in the design of a deep pile foundation system.
The building project has been designed using Etabs software.
Felicetti were selected by the client for this project due to our significant experience in multi-storey construction.
